- Assign our contractual interest in a purchase agreement to another qualified buyer, builder, developer, investor, or real estate professional where permitted by law and the terms of the agreement.
Any assignment will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Seller’s Agreed Purchase Price
An assignment of a purchase agreement does not change the seller’s agreed-upon purchase price, closing date, or other material terms unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.
