iPurchaseProperty.com is a land acquisition company focused on purchasing vacant land, redevelopment opportunities, and other qualifying properties throughout the United States.

Most properties are acquired directly by us or through affiliated acquisition partners. Depending on the location, property type, and transaction structure, we may purchase a property directly, acquire it through an affiliated entity or investment partner, or, where appropriate, refer an opportunity to a licensed real estate broker or other qualified real estate professional.

For transactions involving California real estate, services requiring a real estate license may be performed through our Broker of Record California DRE broker license # 01926884 where applicable. For properties located outside California, we may work with affiliated buyers, investment partners, or refer opportunities to appropriately licensed real estate professionals in those jurisdictions when necessary.

All acquisitions, referrals, and transactions are subject to independent evaluation, due diligence, applicable laws and regulations, and mutually agreed-upon terms.
